RUNWAY BEAT This movie follows the story of one class that tries to come together to pull off a fashion show for their school’s annual festival. Beat (Seto Koji) is a new student that transfers to Tsukishima High School. He is the son of a President of a successful fashion brand and has a great sense of design. He designs all the clothes for the fashion show and brings the class together. With obstacles and frustrations they pull through to produce a fashion show before their school closes down.  I heard a lot of buzz about this movie when it came out. Unfortunately I didn’t get to see it in the theaters because it came out right after the major earthquake. That aside I was very curious about this movie. I was really blown away by the fashion show scene at the end. I think the fashion show lasted about half an hour and the clothes were really cool! The story was kinda predictable but it’s refreshing since there’s a lot of fresh faces. I really liked Kiritani Mirei though :3 She’s kinda bratty but that goes away after a while and she’s so pretty! :D :D :D Overall it made me wish I had that kind of experience in high school. Your homeroom coming together to put together something as cool and awesome as a fashion show.  View the preview here!
